After a little detective work, we called the customer this person is referring to, 11-11-17 at 9:45AM (got voice mail), to see if she had any problems with our products or services. We are waiting for a return call. At Luce's Chimney & Stove Shop, we guarantee our workmanship and materials. We will not sell anything that is not wanted or needed, we will fully discuss this with the customer before any purchases are made.
My husband and I found our forever home, and thankfully it had a fireplace. We just completed a major remodel on our fireplaces and we couldn't be happier! The employees are by far the nicest group of people we have worked with. The guys who worked on the fireplaces were professional, easy to talk with, but mostly had a wonderful work ethic. They even helped me with my sick dog. They always kept me informed of what each day would entail. They were meticulous as they prepped each day, worked and cleaned up. I had a Wood stove installed today, and thought they did an excellent job. They took their time to do it properly, and was careful about all aspects of the install- it looks great! When shopping for a wood stove, they were so knowledgable about details on all the stoves, it was a great help. I would highly recommend them.
In less than 2 hours, I now have a beautiful, awning to enjoy for many years! Thank you Luce's Chimney for quality product and installation!
Luce's installed out woodburner 14 yrs ago and come out every year for cleaning and inspection. They do a wonderful job every year!
