We just had 3 wood stoves,1 gas stove and 1 fireplace cleaned by Luce's. Eddie and Riley were our service men. They were very courteous, clean, and efficient. With the Covid 19 going on they took extra precautions wearing masks and gloves. This is our first time that we have used Luce's and we were very impressed. We highly recommend them. Tom & Kathy
Eddy came out and was very informative and answered all of the questions we had.
I called them today to get a quote to install ventless gas wall hung heater the lady to whom I spoke to told me they start at $4000 not including installation I asked again and she said yes the starting price is $4000 even for a small wall hung one not including installation I was very surprised how can a heater that you can get at menards for $250 cost $4000 there are only so many manufacturers that make them I definitely would not hire this company to do any job on my home way over priced
My wife and I just bought a wood burning fireplace from Luce’s and couldn’t be more happy with it. Customer service is top notch, the employees are great people, Our salesmen, John, was so nice and patient while I asked him at least a hundred questions. You guys have a customer for life!! I give you guys 5 out of 5 stars
Eddie came to clean and inspect our fireplace. He was very professional and thorough. He went through what repairs needed to be done and we decided to replace with a new insert. Eddie went through all the options and pricing which helped us make an informed decision. We would recommend using Luce’s Chimney for all your fireplace needs!!!

Eddie came out to look about putting in fireplace insert. In a roundabout way found out that our gas water heater was not vented correctly. Finally found out that it was vented in our attic which was not a good thing. Would have never known that if Eddie would not have found it himself. Eddie done a tremendous job. Looking forward to working with him in our insert installation. Thanks Eddie
