Very disappointed, I trusted them with my computer and they wiped my hard drive; intentionally. I changed my mind about service, I was told it was to late, as they had started back up of hard drive (for screen replacement). After walking out, to my car the technician came out and told me I could take my laptop. Just finished screen repair with another technician and my hard drive had been wiped!
