not only do they rip you off, they insult you if you notice – I call to get a quote on a certain tire, certain size, on the phone, and i asked if that included balancing and all fees. They said yes, gave me the brand name. i set up an appointment for the following day. It took twice as long as i was told. When I was checking out, I was charged $75 more. Great customer service and prices – The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. I received great customer service and the prices were also great. I will use them again in the future.
Crazy Experience - Never Again – Went there to get a TPMS sensor installed. Got a quote over the phone. Once there, the mechanics were working on the wheel, but the old valve stem took quite a bit of work to get off. Just as the mechanic was getting the stem off, the owner lady came out and halted the work and told me I had to pay more because the work took longer than they thought. She said I have two options, either pay more or take the car as is, which was not really an option, since one wheel was taken apart and the car ... read more
