I wouldnt change anything – I had a great experience that there is nothing I would change about it. Lucas Tires really has it all tgether, and all I really can say is thank you for such a good job again guys!
Job well done! – The facility is very clean which says a lot about a shop. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and they were extremely accurate on the amount of time that the work would be done on my car. Thank you for a job well done!
I wouldnt change anything about the shop – I wouldn't change anything about the shop. The customer service is absolutely excellent. The entire staff is very nice to deal with. Lucas Tires makes sure that they explain everyhing on the work order.

DON'T GO THERE – The owner here is the rudest person I've ever encountered. I called to make an oil change appointment in advace, and an employee offered me a ride home after I dropped my car (as they would have to keep the car for the day). When I arrived, the owner angrily refused to give me a ride "just for an oil change" -- even though I had been promised a ride (with a toddler and an infant). GREAT SERVICE! – I went to Lucas tire recently for some tires on my pick up. I was in and out very quickly and i couldn't have had a better experience! I was very surprised being that they where really busy but i have no complaints. Rich was very helpful and helped me choose the right tires and gave me a really good price. I highly recommend Lucas tire to anyone.
Great Service! – Lucas is a family-owned, family-run atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and will explain in excellent detail what is going on with your car. I am not a car person so I need things explained to me in English. If another problem is found with your car while they are doing say an oil change, they will bring you out to the car to show you (if the problem is visible). Flat Tire – I got a flat on NYE. I brought the tire in and they fixed it for a ridiculous price of $38. Oh, and they didn't even put the tire back on the car. Thanks. Never again.
