For over 20 years, Lucas Tires has provided top service and have backed up their work continuously.
Just horrible. As I waited in the waiting room for my tires & oil change for almost 2hours, I witness the most horrible business ethics. The most rediculous customer service I witnessed was when the daughter by the name of Gidget (in her late 40s) began to make racial remarks to the customers, was calling him names when he came to pick up his car. Customer For Years – I have been going to Lucas for the last 2 years and I have had nothing but smiles and happiness. I bring not only my own car, but my fathers, mothers, aunts, brothers, and friends cars to here and they have nothing but positive things to say. I have bought both regular tires and snow tires from here, gotten oil changes and done complete flushes of the various systems of my car. They have talked everything out with me before starting the job, and explained to me exactly what they do.
Honest – They are very honest with the service that needs to be taken care of.
Fast Service – Speedy service, I was in and out with no problems.
