I Gianluca Paris, Luca - as I am known by everyone, was born in Torino (Turin), Italy and moved to New York City as a toddler. Brought up in a bilingual Italian home, I eventually went on to earn a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
