Food is great and cheap (during happy hour). Service is bland
So good I went twice in a week when in town on business. The BEST pho!! And loved the Vietnamese coffee.
Decent food. Nice atmosphere. Loud(very loud) music dropping the N word among other obscenities could probably use a change up. But hey, it's Portland. Probably wouldn't wait in line here but all around solid place.
Great food. Great happy hour prices! Worth the wait in line!
