Amazing experience. Long wait in queue to enter. But the wait was worth.
We ordered vermicelli bowls, papaya salad, salad rolls, and crispy rolls. Everything was good except the crispy rolls. Yuck! I don’t know what they put in them (or don’t), but they seem to need freshness and sweetness. As they are, they taste like dog food - mushy/mealy and fake. We didn’t have a problem with the ordering and seating process as others have seemed to and we did actually enjoy the ambience. It’s true that they play the music a bit loud, so it’s probably not a great choice of restaurant for a first date ... You... read more
It was a fun experience and oh, the food... the food was phenomenal - very delicious for sure! Vietnamese iced coffee was a fabulous, bold thirst quencher. I can't wait to go here again!
Fabulous food and a funky atmosphere. This restaurant is a must-see in the culinary landscape of Portland with fresh and vibrant Vietnamese cuisine served under a ceiling of parasols. Don't worry if you see a long line here because the staff manages an unusual but effective system of finding you a seat after you have ordered and your food is being cooked. Even better, the prices are relatively low. This was both the best and the least expensive meal we had while visiting Portland for a week.
It was just okay. I was looking forward to finally trying it. Waited in the long line, had some pho, the wings, and the spring rolls. The food was just average. The thumping of hip hop while eating Vietnamese food was also just strange and caters to hipsters.
Loved everything about this place! The food was fantastic.....the music, the vibe😍😍😍 GO!
So delicious that I ate there twice in 12 hours 🙃
Great food music and service 😋
