As someone who grew up loving Lubys, I am so disappointed that this location continues to provide subpar food and horrible customer service. Tonight I intended to support a local, struggling business, but one rude phone call confirmed why this location will not be getting my business.
My son's chicken fried steak was burnt, his macaroni cheese was cold. My fried fish was terrible, my broccoli and cheese was cold as well. I thought we would give this location another chance and we were burned again. We even had a cup dropped in our food at the beverage station by accident. The table server was the only person who provided customer service.
