So the food was good... well at least my S/O was. I ordered thru DoorDash and when my food came my meal was missing the entree. All I got was my sides only. 😑 Other than that the sides were delicious and my S/O gave me a bit of her fish which was soooooo yummy. I just wished I had gotten my entree with my order.
Customer Service was On Point! It was super busy there rhis evening and word amongst customers was that an employee walked out of the ToGo area and left. The lady that is now working the register gave a piece of pie to a man who had been waiting longer than normal for his order. It's the Little Things! That's Excellent Customer Service! Y'all go see Erin at Luby's on Military!
woman at register was rude and they made an old man who could barely walk leave to get his mask when he was already at front of line and they saw him when he came in and didnt say anything to him about a mask and took his tray and put it to the side...i hope they replaced his food for hot food cause it was just sitting there...dam have a heart lubys
