I just left yalls store. I felt compelled to write something on your Facebook. I was completely blown away by the rudeness of some of your customers. An issue about shrimp and demanding attention. I was not treated rude by customers just merely an observation. I’m writing this to commend the staff who I felt handled it wonderfully. Even after being talked to sub- humanly they treated everyone kindly and with respect. Good Job Lubys staff! Seriously impressed.
This is the best Luby's in San Antonio. There is always a wide variety of food to choose from and the food is always fresh.
