The lady who waited on me was horrible!!! I asked for a fresh piece of fish and she had a horrible attitude and tried not to wait on me. I reported her to the manager. If she did it to me she done it before...ijs I WILL NO LONGER GO THERE...
Our server was very attentive, polite. I really did love the service!!
HATED IT . AT THE LOCATION ON 288 and MC Gregor they took among themselves to change their one of the items like something as simple as Tatar sauce. I have been eating it the way it was for thirty years. The other restaurants haven't changed it. But that location is closer and me and my family loves that one but something that simple makes me go to other location .

We got there when they open the food was cold they heated it up brought it back my plate was so hot. Cashier overcharged me for an extra soup and I caught it, he claims his screen doesn't show what he brings up, so I'm sure he's overcharged many people. I love Luby's but I'll never ever ever go back to that location horrible service cold food when they open!

Slow service in serving/checkout line. They were not ready for dinner crowd!

I had an awesome time at Lubys The Angus meat was cooked to my liking, the beans and rice was on point along with spinach and cole slaw. I had Mexican cornbread my meal was fabulous, the next time I'm in the mood to sit and enjoy a nice meal it will be at Lubys, now the floor help was not to attentive I'll give her a C+. That's all for now.
This visit to Luby's was horrible. The line servers were extremely rude! And once I got to my table, a roach came from out of nowhere crawling on the table. I just wanted a good meal.....geesh!
Everything was perfectly seasoned, and the apple cobbler was on point. If it wasn't a shame I'd roll back and get another order.
