This was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it. Customer service was top-notch. The food was delicious. I can't wait to return to Texas and come to Luby's again!

2pm on Sunday. The line was long, but it usually moves pretty quickly. Not this time. Food was coming out so slowly! The line got clogged up several times from people having to wait for food. We finally get to the cashier, and he's having way too much fun with his fellow workers to be taking money. There was 1 booth available but it hadn't been wiped. I wish you would start sending the buy one get one free combs again. When your on a budget it helps.
Good but cut back on the salt in the food. To salty gravy, mashed potatoes and turkey/dressing. Very good dessert yellow cake with chocolate icing with white icing drizzle and chocolate shavings on top was excellent.
Luby's is always the best! Great food and service. Helpful, friendly servers in Plano. The working women's go-to!

We normally enjoy our meal, however tonight while eating my salad I saw something dark. It ended being a worm. Contacted manager and she said the workers from other areas were taking care of the salad today and apparently did not wash the lettuce. She oppologiged and refunded our whole meal. We will go back, yet will check my salad better each time.
