I rented John's 189 W 3rd St. house and it was beautiful! He was always a phone call a way and would have a any problems fixed very timely. HIGHLY recommended, will not disappoint.
A great place to live for all college students. I lived at 189 W 3rd for a year and loved every second of it. Luber maintains his property very well, and goes out of his way for his tenants to make sure the house is in good working order. I enjoyed my time their very much, and hope the same for anyone else moving in. Living here has been an absolute pleasure.
Lived in John’s 270 West Seneca house for my last two years at Oswego. John and his maintenance team were the absolute best and made our experience as his college tenants unforgettable! Would highly reccomend Luber Rental’s!
