I went to Lube Stop today and received horrible service. The customer service attendant felt the need to lecture me on leaving the window down on my vehicle while it was being serviced. I wont be going back there again!
My 20 year old son took my car in for an oil change. Asked for cheapest oil change they had. Was barged $66! When I called to ask about this I was told that my son should have known better and should have done an oil change by now. Manager said my son should have known that the employee did not give him the cheapest price when he specifically asked for it. What ? So not only did they take advantage of a young adult who had never done an oil change, they also insulted me regarding this. I will never go back.
I will only take my car here from now on! Fixed a problem that was caused from the previous place I went to. Very nice and knowledgeable! Thanks guys!

Very nice guys. Super quick service. Showed me my filters but didn’t get pushy about having them replaced like some places do. I usually have family change my oil but in a hurry and overdue I feel comfortable coming here.
