Seth and his team are awesome! Know matter what automotive need I have they have been there for me.
Just went in for the first time and Seth was very friendly and informative. Gave good recommendations but didn't try to scare me into getting expensive needed things done right away like other mechanics often do. Even gave me extra discounts on this trip and my next one. I will definitely be coming back.
Y'all left my wifes coolant cap off and anti-freeze is now everywhere under the hood and leaking all over the front rotors too. Car over heated of course and now she needs a tow. Guess who's getting a phone call from a pissed off me tomorrow? You had better clean the whole engine since its damn near a brand new chevy cruise and reimburse her for the whole thing or channel 8 news will be called. A diagnostic is needed now too which you'll be paying for too.
They are wonderful people that do a great job. They definitely give back to our community. I've always had a great experience at the lube stop. Not only that but, they are so kind to bring me water when I go for a jog on my daily stroll. I've made it a point to only go to places that look out for people's best interests, so lube stop is on that list. Thank you guys.
