Great job reasonable good customer service
This does not even deserve the one star required to rate. I just received an oil change at the 41st ave Moline location and it was terrible. Besides the fact that the price was $25 higher than the Cadillac dealer. They had no idea how to reset the oil indicator and did not one maintenance check even though the list said they did. I called and spoke with the manager who stated they used the default pre-populated checklist. He offered me 1/2 off of a return service. I said no thanks. Wow. I was just beyond mind blown with this service. Not only did I get a bottle of water and air freshener complementary with my service. I also received the quickest service and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you’re ever in the area and need an oil change. This is definitely the place to stop. The friendly and speedy service was a HIT! I’m very appreciative for these people at this shop. I’ll definitely be recommending to everyone and be returning myself. Keep up the great work!
Went for the basic $30 oil change plus $5 for topping off my coolant. Ended up being $48 for oil I did not ask for. I will not be going back. My brother also was charged $63 for over-priced upsaleservices. Quit trying to take advantage of the younger customer base.
A friend of mine sent her 16 year old son to this place to get an oil change today. Estimated cost: $80. These clowns saw a kid and decided to take advantage. They convinced him he needed the air filter changed -- without his parents (the owners) permission (scared by telling him its dangerous to have a dirty air filter). Final bill: $123. She called and spoke to manager. He wasnt interested in helping her. NEVER, EVER GO HERE.
We were offered water bottles when we arrived and the guys working were such gentlemen! They explained everything perfectly, and I found my first oil change to be a good experience. I had went on 5/17/2017 at around 3:15PM.
