I have been going here for about 5 years. Lube Masters is a great family owned business. They are very friendly, honest and Bill is an excellent mechanic. Their work is guaranteed.
Fast and Friendly I've been taking my cars to Lube Masters for 9 years and I only have great things to say about them. They are very fast, reasonable, and friendly. Every time I take my cars in for a lube job I get to chat with everyone there. They are good and honest people. Bill Jr is a great mechanic. All my friends, neighbors and family members take their cars to Lube Masters. The owners Bill, Bill Jr, and his brother Robert are the best. PROS: Fast, Friendly, Reasonable Prices CONS: Saturdays are always busy.
Great service and value I have been going to Lube Masters since 1989. Family-run shop, friendly, professional, excellent service and excellent mechanic on premises (Bill). I have had several car repairs there over the years, and all repairs, analysis of problems, and advice was all top-notch. In addition to oil changes, I have had transmission fluid changes, and fuel injectors cleaned. I highly recommend this business.
Fast, simple, efficient I love this place. Just enter the parking lot and stop at the stop sign, and someone will come out and drive your car into the garage (which somewhat resembles a short car wash). There is a waiting area with coffee and 70 cent soft drinks. Soon after you are done with your drink, they will be done with your car. Quick and Reasonable I went to this place for the first time on a Saturday afternoon and even with a considerable they had me in and out in about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient. They showed me my air filter and offered to replace it. Even though I refused, they weren't pushy or insistant on changing it for me. A great experience!
The prices are reasonable and the service is quick and complete. I like it because even on a busy weekend I know it won't take more than 15 minutes. I also like the shop set up, it's more like a drive through so I can watch them do everything. They have an auto repair shop attached that a friend of mine says "is honest and guarantees their work."
Very FAST Lube Jobe I needed to get a lube job, and I stumbled upon Lube Masters. They are great. Very fast service. I was there from beginning to end for a total of 20 mins. They did a really good job on my car. The mechanics are great here too, they really did an excellent tuneup. They are definitly one of the best I have ever been to.
Recommend highly. Very fast, clean and professional. The sign says 10 minutes and they are not joking.
So I thought I've been going there for years until they started not adding power steering fluid to my car.It happened more than once I tried to let them know they didn't put any but they kept assuring me they did......They really didn't cause my husband would check it right after he would always have to add some.I was very disappointed........not GOING BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
