I'm not sure I understand the poor reviews here. They are the most honest and capable team. They really helped us in our time of need. We are getting our car serviced here, moving forward. Nikki and Juan are two of the nicest and most helpful people. My sister works at FIU and we share the car, so it was providence that we could get it worked on here. They changed our spark plugs and we'll be getting our A/C hoses and levels fixed here this week, too.
the mechanic damaged oxygen sensor doing oil change. then the staff kept gaslighting me that it’s just a coincidence that the check engine light came on as I was leaving their parking lot. avoid this shop
Worst experience ever!!! I got an appointment at 8am. for oil change. At 9am, my car keys were still on the front desk counter!! No one bothered to even start working on the car. Why do you have an appointment system if you will start working at whatever time? Then just advertise that on the website: Bring your car, leave your keys and we will do it when we have spare time. Just ridiculous!
