This is a review as someone who purchased a house when she was the selling agent. Be careful from purchasing from Luna as, after the house purchase, my buyers agent advised us that we were missing the drip system Luna & and her client said in writing existed in the front yard (it seems only in the back yard and per our buyers agent in not good condition).
