Dr. Pham is so thorough in observing and explaining. I appreciated his concerns for my condition.
Dr Pham will tell you what you want to hear but not what you need to hear. Before my foot surgery to remove a cyst from the lower part of my foot, he told me the recovery time is 6 to 8 weeks. Immediatelyfollowing the surgery, he told me not to put any weight on my foot for 2 months including not to get the foot wet due to the stitches, so the 6 to 8 week recovery was never going to happen. I had a procedure done today with Dr. Pham in the podiatry department, and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. I previously had a similar procedure done elsewhere over a year ago, and it was not a great experience—so I was understandably nervous going into this one. His exceptional skill and expertise made a huge difference, and his clear, often humorous way of explaining everything immediately put me at ease.
