Clean, easy access and views are great!
Everything you see about this place is a lie. CozySuites aka LTV apartments committed consumer fraud with these very old photos and reviews from some other location. Dallas location on Elm Street looks and smells filthy. Everything is stained to the point it cannot be cleaned. Blood stained sheets, mold in the bathroom, unknown substances stuck to walls, bugs and entry door doesn’t lock. It needs a thorough pressure wash, bug eradication , new paint and new furnishing.
