I had a great experience today at LTS. I’d made a few calls to local shops regarding a brakes inspection , decided to just stop at LTS and inquire - they were able to get the car in immediately and had new pads and rotors (f&r) installed within a few hours. I appreciated they took and sent photos upon inspection, as well, brought out the worn parts to show condition upon completion. Extremely pleased with their service - I will not hesitate to return for additional service needs on any of our 3 vehicles.
I brought my Lincoln MKC to LTS Motorworks because of loss of power, and the service was great. Leno took the time to walk me through what was going on with my car, and explained the necessary repairs in clear detail. It’s rare to find this level of transparency and care. Took my car in and got all parts ordered and repairs done the same day. Lino and Miguel showed me exactly what they were changing beforehand, gave me updates in between and showed me the changes after the work was done. An honest team that does great work! Thank you guys!
I Had purchased a BMW the dealership and Warranty conpany did not want to help me because the claim they said was within the 30 day grace period. However my contact at LTS got me the the best price possible was straight forward and now they have a loyal customer. I highly recommend this company, they will now have all my business moving forward.
