I lived downtown at the Dacotah Building and really enjoyed it! It was very convenient since I worked downtown while living there. Management was wonderful and I had no issues with communication. In fact, I found them to be much more professional than other apartment companies in town. The unit I lived in had everything I needed and I loved the unique features. same experience as every other person. I rented in 2020 and I just got a call from collections saying I owe money for a whole month of rent. confirmed with my bank that they cashed the check back in 2020

Apartment itself was run down, but fine for what I was paying for. Management on the other hand is awful. When I went to move they would not respond to texts or emails sent from me nor my future landlord and when we would call they would just say that they would have their bookkeeper do it. The only good thing this apartment has going for it is that their maintenance people are usually pretty good and work/get to you quickly. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a new apartment under any circumstances.
