This is a warning to future tenants renting homes managed by L.T. Properties. I recently rented a home located on the 11000 block of Concord Woods Drive in Knoxville, TN. When I looked at the home it was only surfaced cleaned. Regina, the manager of L.T. Properties, was present. When I opened the cabinet doors underneath the kitchen sink, there was a circular dirt spot underneath. Regina informed me it was due to the garbage disposal leaking and was later repaired.
