LRC inspected my house and tested the air quality in all of the rooms. The report they created was very detailed and well written. Despite this I had difficulty understanding some of the technical information but I contacted the company and was able to have everything explained in simple terms. I recommend this highly professional and effective company.
We have used this lab twice now in different houses and it has been the best decisions we could have done. Cathy is very knowledgeable and an expert at doing her chosen career. I worked in the clinical lab field for over 30 years and can see she believes in the procedures and results that are produced. We used LRC for asbestos testing in our 1950s home. They were able to come out quickly and the lab results came back fast. I thought that the pricing was very fair. Tony Richmond came out to our house and really took some time to discuss our issues. He was very knowledgeable about older homes and extremely helpful.
We had LRC do a thorough test of our air in the entire house. Mitch came out and was very patient in answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. He was very honest and never tried to sell us or get us to pay for more than what was necessary. I called several other companies around the area and was quoted significantly more.
