I had my car for a few months now and had to keep bringing in back due to a noise coming from the breaks. They did put new breaks on the car and told me give it time for them to bed in. I done drove over 2000 miles and it still making the noise and they can’t tell me nothing.. they said the breaks are fine but the noise is so annoying, especially while breaking it sounds like a 18 wheeler is stopping..
I had a fast and easy experience. Sandra helped me from beginning to end. Everybody I interacted with was extremely nice and very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody. They helped me get into a car after not having one for over a year. So I am very grateful to everybody to LR Auto! Thank y'all so much!!

I bought a car from LR a little over a year ago. It was a pleasant experience when I did. They did everything they said they would do. Fast forward to May of 2025, I moved 2500 miles across the country to Oregon and it became time to get my tag. I contacted Phillip and he went above and beyond to accommodate me in getting the title to them so that I could get the tag and registration done. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a nice, used vehicle. They do what they say and they care about customer satisfaction.
