Unfortunately the customer service of the company has been horrible. I have tried contacting them for over 2 weeks and I've never received a reply through their website, phone, and portal.
My Friend and I rented with them it was decent, However I would never go back.
This company is terrible, I had the worst experience with their property. With the lack of communication, the carelessness of the upkeep of the property, and the constant lying, I am glad that I moved and do not have to deal with these people anymore. You know that they are frauds, the property manager is literally underneath of the reviews submitting 5 stars!!! A joke!
Excellent company, staff beyond exceptional, would highly recommend as I use them for my rental properties, and they have always delivered.
