Honestly, Lpm is not a bad building but it is subpar to the prices being offered. I think what got me the most was the condescending manager and assistant manager. I loved the head of concierge but some of their maintainance staff was a little unprofessional so watch out for that. If you want nice amentitice, mediocre apartments(for the price) with somewhat of a nice view, and management staff that that doesn’t really care for you unless you live in the penthouse then this is the place for you.
Love the staff and the views! This place is beautiful, I would recommend it to anyone.
The leading director was so helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. He made the experience very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns!
We have been at LPM for over a year and half and love it. The amenities are great and very well-maintained. Kate, Regina, and Michael are super helpful and it's so easy to just pop your head in to ask them questions whenever you have them. The kitchens at LPM are one of my favorite things, they're so different from every other building downtown. I've lived at LPM for 4 months now and it's amazing. It's so nice to finally live somewhere that is well run and you have no problems getting ahold of people to help you with anything. The office staff is incredible (especially Cathryn and Regina), they always respond quickly to my many annoying questions. The 24 hour concierge is great too. Everyone is extremely friendly. The amenities floor is so fun and very well maintained, always in perfect shape. So excited to love my new home
