Customer service is terrible. The elevators are always broken down, we have been trapped in them. There is never anyone on site to ever help with any issues. The staff is rude.

Don’t do it! The new management is horrid and I am glad that I moved out prior to them coming in. The old management was wonderful and worked with tenants to assure that every need was met in a pleasant way. Now, you’ll meet stress and frustration which are both not worth it. I enjoyed living there but now it’s no longer worth it.
