Used to be helpful, since Jennifer C left, it's crashed and burned. Won't answer phones, won't return calls, takes weeks to get help. Someone needs to be fired!!!
Was treated for cellulitis and covid at health park. House calls was scheduled for pt and the cellulitis. After being home for 3 weeks with only 1 nurses visit I called and was yold that I had called them and told them that I was moving and would not be available for 3 months. When I told them I made no such call I was told that I did make the call and that she was the person who took the call.
