i'm extremely disappointed and feel the need to share.long story short, i called before placing an order on monday, for a pf-2 filter. they said that item would ship by end of week, it didn't. the next monday was a holiday, tuesday i call and email to cancel, my emails are ignored, and instead they send me a tracking number. it didn't actually ship for 24 hours from when they sent tracking. during that time i continued to request cancellation, explaining other people want the item as it's in high demand while stock is low on... read more
