I ordered my Berkey Filter replacement $166. on May 4, 2023. For some unknown reason, the USPS returned the package to USA Berkey saying it was undeliverable. The address was correct, so I don't know why it was returned. I saw by the tracking number that it was returned to the sender May 13, but was undelivered due to business being closed and they would try and deliver it next business day. BUYER BEWARE!!! This is by far the WORST company I've ever had to deal with. I got tired of using a junky PUR counter top filter and during the Black Friday sale decided to spend $400 on a Berkey. It was shipped and delivered promptly, however the delivery company they chose to use (UPS) decided to deliver my package to the wrong address. I took the day off of work to ensure that the package wasn't stolen off my porch and was outside 5mins after said delivery. SUPRISE! No package. I ordered a pair of PF-2 fluoride filters from USAberkeyfilters.com on Apr 19th of 2022. I was surprised how quickly the order went through because everyone that sells the PF-2 are out of stock. I just had shoulder surgery, so I didn't get to install them until 2 weeks ago. When I tried to install them, I realized they were the wrong ones. This customer did buy PF-4 Filters, which are clearly labeled as for "White Ceramic Filters". We have the order receipt showing that the customer bought PF-4 Filters. We send the customer the product they ordered and they received it. The customer did not buy "PF-2" filters from us on the order, they purchased PF-4 filters. We gladly take back unused PF-4 filters, but because the customer used the PF-4 filters, they were not returnable as they are used. Berkey is at berkeywater.com. I am trying to stay away from Amazon but at the same time I was worried about paying someone who I did not know. Everything went well and there were no issues. If you order a Berkey expect to wait a little bit (about two weeks) they are behind in manufacturing but is well worth the wait.
Possible SCAM, Buyer BEWARE. I ordered a Big Berkey filter on April 18. The product shipped on April 26 and I was very excited as I've heard good things. I received a notice from FedEx that the product was improperly packaged by the sender. I called USA Berkey Filters on three separate occasions. The first time, they told me there is nothing they can do as it was with FedEx, which is pretty rich, but they said they would "see what they can do." I totally agree with Mr. Y. I've been waiting since February for my berkey, and still haven't received it.!You can NEVER speak to an owner, and no one EVER communicates with the customer concerning a delayed order or anything else. All calls are routed to either Kionna or Erica. I've spent almost $500, and have yet to receive a call or berkey. The only way to speak to anyone is to call them, and you're lucky if you get a call back. Erica always has an excuse for the customer not receiving their product. I want my money back ... read more

Good company, and my filter is perfect for me. Love it
This company promises free shipping on US orders, but after ordering a system from them, they emailed me asking for an address outside of my State claiming that my State's regulations doesn't allow them to ship the system to me. No where on their site does it say anything about this. I emailed back asking for them to cancel my order. They haven't responded. Now I have to call my credit card company to report fraud to get my money back.
Great company! My travel berkey filter is perfect for my apartment and the water tastes great! 've never been more satisfed wth a water filter
