I purchased the Berkey on Amazon. When I received it it was damaged missing parts. I tried to follow the proper steps through Amazon return the product back to the seller and I received the refund of $285 out of 600. They claim that it was missing parts that it was brand new. I tried to all complaints through my credit card company and through Amazon with no luck. I will never purchase a product from this company ever again

I ordered the royal berkey water system. There was a dent in the top portion, a dirty plug and a filter that wasn't working properly (failed the red dye test). After speaking with many other customers, I wanted to send the unit back and get a new unit. This company told me I'd have to pay to send the unit back, pay 15% restocking fee and only get 50% refund. What an absolute joke. I am absolutely flabbergasted by this customer service. I purchased two sets of so called Big Berkey black replacement filters November 27, 2023 to have on hand when my original BB filters needed replacing. I opened the box only recently to find the filters appear to be knock offs to the original BB filters. The wing nuts do not properly screw, and the filters themselves look like imitations of the original filters. I have tried to get hold of the company at 3225 Mcleod Drive Las Vegas, Nevada 89121 about this and have received no response. Paid $315.85

I've called USA Berkey a few times over the last few months trying to get replacement filters. They have been out of stock for over 8 months. They emailed today and said they're in but they want $214 for them. My entire system was $300 and the last replacements I bought were $134. I think it's really a terrible business model to not have them available and then jack the price on customers with no warning. terrible business model. Called to ask for a 10 cent wing nut replacement as the one sent was mis-manufactured and would not screw down and hold the filter. I was told that I waited too long to call and that I could buy one on line for 6.00. Would never recommend buying anything at LPC Survival.

I paid $239.39 for Berkey PF-2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Elements and never received them. It's been longer than a month so I had to file a claim with ******. This must be a scam.

Do not order from this group!!! WOULD GIVE A 0 Stars if allowed!! They are scammers and terrible customer service!! Took me calling 3 different days and texting several times back and forth and sending photos 3 times for them to even get back to me. They shipped a damaged Berkey to me and then tell me that I can return for 50% credit or I can file a damage report with the manufacturer myself and try that. The company was very slow and reluctant to Refund returned products. I returned my unopened filters 2 days after receiving them. I had to track the return shipping package and call & email USA Berkey 6 times to get a PARTIAL Return. This was very time-consuming.
