Can’t say enough nice things about the staff everyone is nice agreeable, and accommodating. Bathrooms a bit dirty. Family area has microwave clean and chairs are not broken.
Still requiring masking when masks have been proven ineffective against spread and transmission of viruses…
God awful service! Called today to get ahold of the billing department after 2 attempts both 15 min calls I had to figure out everything with the call desk which also was terrible service! If I didn't have a medical necessity that required this hospital I would have already went somewhere else! You guys seriously need to improve your services before this gets released to the press! Good grief how hard is it to do your damn jobs!!!!!
