They approved me for a vehicle had me pay the down payment and then later 3 weeks they called me and said sorry the bank reject the loan why you told me Im approved give me the vehicle and then had me pay the down payment and after 3 weeks now you saying Im have to bring the vehicle back because the bank reject the loan and refuse to pay my down payment back poor management poor customer service **** an idiots running the business

Beware of this predatory and deceitful dealership. I inquired about a vehicle and financing via the web and was told I was approved for financing and that I could come see the vehicle that day. I was also told that I would be able to take the vehicle to my mechanic to ensure it was in good condition before I bought it. They performed a 120k service at 112k yet they keep reporting bad information to ******. I have called them yet haven't been Able to fix this issue, no response because of what they are doing my car value keeps going down. They need to fix this issue now!!!!

I never want to -- nor enjoy -- writing negative reviews, but my experience with this company was below subpar. Their business practices were entirely unethical and bordering on illegal, if not fully illegal. We agreed to the purchase of a car, agreed upon the sale price and all terms, and they were ******* a 5-digit check from the bank. Similar situation as ******************** took in a car that was paid off and they began fixing it and charging me without first informing me of what was wrong with the vehicle. Very vague about what needed to be repaired then they never fixed the original problem and I ended up trading the vehicle in for a car that wasnt worth what they priced it as, it didnt even come with the required spare tire. If I could put a zero negative zero rating on them I just completely would they need to be put out of business The way they treat their customers is complete bull ____! The way that they treated myself and my mother not only did they sell me one *** vehicle that I had to return on their 7-Day policy they tried to yet again s**** me over by saying they would have the truck I was going to exchange with ready to go I drove 2 hours to go pick up this vehicle only for them to say haha just kidding it still needs a week to get fix... read more

Loyalty Toyota has been very disappointing. I had scratches on my car and my Toyota Venza is on full warranty still. I am not aware of how the scratches came on but they're saying it's external influence. Ofcourse I'm not scratching my own windows. One person there says there is a UV coating... which I wasn't told about when I got the car and another person says... your sales receipt doesn't show there's any coating. Loyalty Toyota has unethical sales practices. They will include warranties in the purchase price that are not clearly explained nor requested. When confronted, they still don't give an accurate representation of the warranty coverage or deadlines if you want to cancel. I will NOT purchase another vehicle from Loyalty.

They sold me a *** car that needed ******* worth of work within 2 months. Falsely inspected the car while it had a dangerous broken tie rod and leaking hydraulics. Loaned me a car while the situation was being worked out and then charged my card without my approval. I'm going to *** them.

we fixed all Mrs *****concerns but she will not bring our rental car back if its not returned today we will report it stolen.
