Everything there service center does is based on increasing the price. I had my van their for a recall repair and they refused to complete the repair because the van wasn't clean enough, but also said unless I replaced the oil pan, axel boot and AC they wouldn't fix the airbag, or sliding door safety recalls. Another mechanic confirmed the cracked axel boot, but informed me that replacing the boot was a cheaper part, but more labor.
