I want to highlight the excellent service I received. From Alex, who contacted me when I first requested the service, to the company employees who always answered my calls kindly, and the installers who did an impeccable job. They even provided the paint and painted the wall before installing the new sign. I am extremely happy with the quality of the product, the attention, and the service provided. I highly recommend them!
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this company. They put up a sign for us that was not weather proofed. Why would a sign company make and install a sign on a building IN FLORIDA that could not withstand the heat/sun? The sign warped within months. They did not advise us or explain that the material was NOT for indoor use. When we asked them to fix it, they sent us an invoice. If this was not going to work for outdoor use, they should not have offered it as an outdoor option. They do not stand by their work... read more
