My only complaint is that I think you do too many reminders. I received my usual confirmation phone message, which is fine. I received a second call on the day of my appointment saying I needed to call back to confirm because I didn't call back after the first message. They also said they would need to charge $25 if I missed my appointment. I could see this second call and missed appointment charge message if I was a frequent offender of not keeping my appointments with you. I was a new patient and I really have anxiety about going to the dentist. Barbara and Dr. Ben gave me no reason to be anxious or stressed out about having my teeth worked on. They were absolutely wonderful. There were not any sensitive spots that were hit and I didn't ever break a sweat while I was there. It was the BEST experience at the dentist I have EVER had. Thank you!
I've been a patient of Dr. B. Lowry since his boys were little playing soccer with my two boys. Yes, there have been times I've had to wait longer than I wanted to, but I've always been treated with kindness. I guess that is why over the years we're still patient's of Dr. Lowry's.
As always, I had an excellent experience at my last visit to your office. I always know I will get the best care possible when I go in. I especially love my visits with Mindy, my hygienist. It makes the whole experience more relaxed and enjoyable.
Very friendly and helpful staff, and the dentist did very careful and considerate work. I was impressed at the measures to go above and beyond working around me being pregnant. I trust this dentist to put my best interest first.
Amy, who did my cleaning, was very warm and friendly. I'd recommend her to anyone. I am very pleased with Lowry dental.
