Very sensitive to my needs
Both the dental hygenist and the doctor were great.
Since childhood I was one of those people who would do anything I could to get out of going to the dentist. But, because of the treatment I continue receive at Dr. Eric's office, I no longer procrastinate or dread making/attending appointments. Even though it may be 6 months to a year since my last appointment, Dr. Eric always seems happy to see me and truly interested in how I am doing and what is going on in my life. I feel very lucky to be a patient at Lowry Dental with Dr. Eric!!!
Like the "New" office...looks great.
The semi-annual dental checkup went very smoothly. The staff had in the dental chair before I could open a magazine in the waiting room. The dental hygenist was very professional and explained every step of the examination. The dentist was very friendly and explained everything that he did as he examined my mouth inside and out.
We are very pleased with the thoroughness of our dental exams and the use of the latest technology. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, and they make you feel your dental health is their #1 priority. Dr. Ben is awesome!
I missed Mindy because it was her day off but Tami was great! Also the gal at the from desk always makes an effort to remember me and greets everyone with a warm smile and a welcome greeting. I did find it difficult to pre-pay my co-pay if $20. I thought it would save your office the paper and the stamp if I pre-paid my $20 co-pay but I felt like it really confused the woman when I was checking out.
