We bought a lot of carpet from Lowe's when we moved in to our home and maybe one year later bought the same carpet for our 2 sons bedrooms. Purchased fencing and installation services from Lowes East, the person who came out to do the estimate was great but for three weeks now they have told me the installer will call to arrange the install and not a peep! Wondering if this fence will EVER be installed! Calling the store is no help because there is never a human in the install office to talk to.
