First time in Miami and my stay at Loews was not great. I booked through AMEX using AMEX Points, so I was limited to properties that were apart of the AMEX portfolio. This was one of the only properties in the area that was affordable and I have a friend that frequents South Beach and has visited here before. He had positive things to say, so I figured it try this place. I booked through AMEX FHR and when you do so, you are given certain benefits with your stay. Do not stay here until their construction is finished! The other reviews explaining the noise are absolutely on point. The staff is dismissive of the entire problem, downplaying it as reasonable. You dont find out how bad the issue is until they have already taken your money and your in you room. There are other establishments to spend your money at that do not have these issues. Their canned response is laughable.

You really cannot beat Loews Miami Beach when visiting Miami. It is a great location and excellent facilities. The staff always treats us well. From our arrival and throughout our stay we are treated like valued guests. We have been coming here for some time and have tried some other surrounding hotels when Loews was fully booked, but none of the others meet the same high level of quality and service.
