I’ve been to Miami several times, but this was my first stay at the Loews. I absolutely loved it. I arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time, exhausted from an early flight and a rough NYC winter. Adriana at the front desk is amazing- she was able to find a room that was ready for me immediately and we had a lovely chat. Flew to Miami to escape the cold from the Midwest and to recharge the batteries with a lil mother/daughter weekend. Our stay at Loews was exactly what we needed. Service was great, clean rooms and common areas, food was delicious! If you hang out by the pool, make sure to say hi to Raul the boricua. 10/10 experience.
