Fantastic
Went for my 50th bday. Surprised us with a room upgrade - ocean view and balcony! We always have a great time at the Loews Miami!!
Miami is our home away from home. We have been coming to South Beach for 10 years and we never stay anywhere but the Loews. This is actually our 2nd time this year to celebrate Hubbys birthday. Hotel is currently under renovation, but luckily for us we couldn’t really hear the noise like other guests on here complained about. Got to see a glimpse of the new rooms and hallways and it’s beautiful. Can’t wait to come When back and able to stay in the new rooms. We were told the remodeling would not be disruptive. At 8:00 am every more my room started vibrating to loud hammer drills, which were so loud, and conversation couldn't happen in the room. Will not go back. Also, the hotel constantly tried to charge rates higher than were negotiated for the convention. Again, we will never go back.
