Your associate Mona, needs a drastic attitude adjustment. I called the day before and she picked up. She was very rude and condescending the entire time I was speaking to her. She was the one to help me when I came to make my purchase and her attitude in person was exactly the same. She even was talking down to another employee in front of me and being super unprofessional. I really hope your other employees do not act this way.

I used to love going here. Now it's so difficult to find help and when you do, a lot of employees don't know as much as the consumer. Hope management gets better. Otherwise, more people will go to Lexington or redbank like I do.
