RecommendedWe were greeted by our salesperson right away and she was very helpful. She was very informant. She was very courteous and kind even though she was very busy. We had a very pleasant visit at this location. I recommend to just go there and find out for yourself what good customer service is all about.
We’ve been trying since March to have a small area of fence replaced. It took 2 weeks before it was even ordered after we signed the contract and paid in full. It’s now May still don’t have the full fence in because the shipment was missing a part which they didn’t notice until they started installation. We have called everyday for 2 weeks to talk to a manager and no one has returned any of our calls. Had windows put in a couple of years ago and had a terrible experience then also. Customer service is awful, some of the staff or employees rather text or be on the net than help you,or there quick to say I don't work in that department,or I'm off now these kids don't know what a real work ethic is
Most times I have good experiences here since I know exactly what I want before walking in. However being talked down to in the paint section, skipped over multiple times after being told I was next, being told they had no idea where the missing paint cards were. The paint section here needs proper staffing
I just found out that although there's an Nationwide promotion on something it's going to be more expensive at the Lowe's on number 1 why is it that I can go to several Lowe's located next to this one and purchase a Worx table for $99 when Lowe's on number one will gladly sell it to you for a hundred twenty nine buyer beware
@[184258134949155:Lowe's Home Improvement (West Columbia, SC)] you should consider training your employees to say things like "excuse me." and "are you ok?" Instead of " watch out" after they strike a customer with a hand cart. Just a thought though.

This is the worst lowes ever!! They take my money for a fridge then tell me it's not in stock! Then I have to wait 7-10 days for them to release the hold on my card!! The customer service is horrible they are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I will never go back to lowes again. Home Depot is a much better choice so don't waste your time in this awful store!!!they SUCK!!
