This store and the rest of the Lowes Stores in the Columbia, SC area should be shut down. Employees can’t be bothered to offer customers assistance in the store. If you want answers to their lack of communication for an order that you placed in the store and were expecting to have delivered they offer nothing but attitude and indifference. I purchased a gazebo from this West Columbia, SC store on Augusta Road on May 13th. I was promised delivery by May 18th. The 18th came and went, no delivery. I called on the 19th, told no idea why it wasn't delivered on the 18th, but they would put it on the truck for delivery that day. The 19th came and went. My husband is a contractor and is in a lowes store everyday. So with the Coronavirus going around now, I wish the stores would consider the first 2 hours of opening would keep those hours just for contractors. There are people just walking around just looking, not there for any certain thing. always get our stuff from Lowe's. this time on the delivery i was displeased with them. they failed to tell me they didnt hook the water up to the fridge. we have been thinking all day something was not right and now we know. they did not come with proper equipment. if you are short make sure you have a step ladder and not ask the customer. not professional at all. will be taking a trip to Lowe's and saying something
