I was at Lowe’s today and I am not happy. I tried to use my ACNB debit and credit card to buy a wreath I really wanted. It kept wanting my PIN number. I don’t have one because I use it like a credit card. I first tried the self checkout and then the manager helped at the cash register. It still wanted my PIN number. I had cash and another credit card but it was the principal of the thing. I can use it at any other place. Guess you know I won’t be going back to Lowe’s. Home Depot here I come.
Love how you get told one price to have a door installed ($350)then they tell you that it'll be another $275 because of all of the little other shit the installer needs to do at the time of the installation like removing a piece of trim etc. either it's one price and your installer sucks it up the little things or dont even offer to install a damn door...just spent thousands on windows with you people and that will be the last thing I buy from lowes....
I am sick of seeing people pan handle in your parking lot....there is a family that has been doing it over the whole summer
We had the worst customer service in the blind department. The manager gave us such an attitude. I can't help that we were told something else by another employee. She wouldn't listen just told us everything she couldn't do. Horrible experience, I'm finding I would rather use small businesses.
I picked lowes over home depot all the time until today lowes will no longer get my business they have the worst customer service ever. Home depot will be where I go from now on
Ordered a fridge over a month ago. Received 2 calls saying it was going to be delievered , one call canceling saying it wasn't in yet. The other time we called in to make sure we hadn't missed the delievery because they called us only 2 hours before they were apparently going to bring it, when we called them. They were like oh sorry there was a mix up and we don't have it . Are you serious? Then why didn't you call us back to tell us that. And now it's been over a month and still nothing. Most women like shoes, clothes and pocketbooks. Me, I love Lowe's! I can get lost in there for hours, especially during summer planting season!
