Visited the store today, being pregnant, i wasn't able to lift the soil bags. Young lady/Cashier (I think her name was Marissa) was super helpful. i mean, she went out of her way to pick up 2 of the 2 Cubic feet soil bags for me herself. I originally was seeking someone to help me but there wasn't anyone in site. she took it upon her self to carry them for me to the cashier station and then into my car all by herself. 3rd time I've been in this store looking for an item which the web said they had 20 of. I found 1. This time thought I'd check at the service desk for help. After a FULL 5 minutes of standing there watching 4 employees with their backs turned to the customer side, I FINALLY got someone to acknowledge me. They said they'd send someone down to help. After OVER 5 minutes of waiting, I left and went to Home Depot. I will NEVER go back to Lowes in East York.
In and out with no issues
Getting someone to answer a question is like pulling teeth. Even when they are standing around at the desk in the department you are shopping in. Eventually, after not taking his half answers, the associate got on the computer and reluctantly answered my question. Went a quarter mile down the road to Home Depot and received incredible service without having to go find anyone. Night and Day experience.
A huge thank you to Lowe's for making sure my classroom has a new fridge. The appliance staff were amazing with my students. Our classroom fridge stopped working and they gave us a great deal so my students can get back to learning how to prepare their own meals. Thank you!!!

I love Lowe’s but today was terrible, one cashier in lawn and garden and the line is seven deep! Left without purchasing!
I called the store 3 times to speak with someone to verify a price and when they transferred me it just rang and rang! Customer service was so incredibly rude and left me hold and never came back to the phone!! Also, they advertise prices in their flyer and once they run out of product you are screwed! The manager should have offered a rain check on the item!!! Will never shop here again! Home Depot will get my business! So unprofessional!!!!
