An employee was on her phone during the checkout process and to me that is just not acceptable when working in customer service, it is rude and disrespectful to the customer and the company. Normally we have better customer service experiences in the lumber/contractor check out area.
Poor service. Wait over 15 min for a lawn service person to show up. Maybe 20 min after a few pages. Ask two people who don't know what Rust-Oleum was. The visit should take 10 min in and out. End up taking 40 min. Loews, are you going to take the feedback and fix this issue?
The store workers were nice, however, the service for a home installation is terrible. I ordered an outside door in mid December and paid in full for the door and installation. The door cannot be installed until mid February. I called a couple of times to the store and the installer and there is no changing the date. I will never pay in full for an item again. Better still. I will never deal with Lowe's again....ever!
