Daughter and son in law purchased a refrigerator 6 months ago. Refrigerator stopped working a week ago ( freezer is fine ). After calling Lowe’s and being transferred 3 x and then call being dropped, called back again only to be told someone can come in 5 days to look. 5 days later, service man calls and said he was sick and couldn’t come, hopefully someone else can come. Finally, someone shows up and says fan died and parts have to be ordered, we will come back Dec 1st..... today is Nov 13.... over 2 more weeks????? Also th... read more
